A surprise gift

Right time, right place, and right tree…

Greetings! I hope your holiday week is going well. We just wrapped up our 2024 BK year with our very last opening hours followed by team/family dinner. Today is our last shipping day and Nerine and I are finishing up with the task very soon as well.

Majority of orders, during this holiday season, have been shipped from our main studio in Altadena but some of them have been going through my little shipping station at our home studio. Before we moved to Asheville earlier this year (when we were living about 5 miles away into the canyon from our current location), we didn’t have our home studio set up for fulfillmetn/shipping/Truly Yours. So the only way I could physically support our fulfillment team or for Frido to work on Truly Yours projects was to make a commute on a treacherous 101 freeway to be at the studio. We made our few days/week drive to Altadena work for the family as much as we could but I also knew that it was challenging for my senses.
