I am thrilled that PBJ (Pause, Breathe, Journal) returns after a long break. Eunice and I talk a lot about having inspiration come to us instead of constantly trying to meet the status quo. This long break felt like it was much needed, and I am glad to be back in this space:)
This journaling session was prompted by hand carvingĀ a wooden spoon, which I shared in an earlier story. After I finished carving, I wanted to document the process and the lessons from it in my journal.
I included a new "Journey" Notebook to my everyday Traveler's Notebook rotation. I hope to use this notebook specifically for memory-keeping, memorable quotes, and notes on a book I am reading (I am currently reading "Think Like a Monk" by Jay Shetty, etc. We will see how this notebook continues to evolve.
