Moving back to California

Greetings from California. I am writing this story from Woodland Hills, CA, one city off Topanga Canyon. We started renting a place here about a month ago after a week-long family visit to LA became a permanent relocation. Within a matter of a few days, we decided that the kids and I wouldn’t be returning to Asheville, and both of our kids would transition from homeschooling to a full-time nature-based school. In the span of the following three weeks, Frido flew back to Asheville twice and drove cross-country each time after packing our belongings in Asheville in a moving truck and bringing home our Moonsea (our beloved camper van), Subaru, Coco’s fish, and Mango.
